The Cotswolds · Pizza van hire

Wood-fired wedding pizza in the Cotswolds.

A barn full of friends, a marquee on the lawn or hot evening slices in a country-house courtyard. We bring the wood-fired oven and cook at your venue, with a menu and serving plan for your celebration. Based in Worcestershire, we confirm the journey, access and setup with you before the day.

Your occasion, our oven

From the first gathering to the last dance.

Pizza can be the main wedding meal, the evening food or a relaxed way to feed everyone around the wedding weekend. Choose the moment first; we’ll help shape the menu and serving window around it.

How we feed your guests

A wedding feast with a clear plan behind it.

Our team handles the on-site preparation, cooking and serving. Before booking, we work through the meal you want, how guests will reach the food and the space available for the oven.

Where we bring the pizza

Burford, Cirencester and the villages between.

Tell us about your venue around Burford, Cirencester, Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, Bourton-on-the-Water or Tetbury. We assess Cotswolds bookings using the full postcode, guest count and timings, including locations across county boundaries.

A village address and a countryside estate can mean very different access. Send the actual supplier entrance, the route to the cooking position and a venue contact. Narrow lanes, gateways, soft ground and shared access with marquee or bar suppliers all belong in the plan.

For a workplace lunch or party in Gloucester or Cheltenham, our Gloucestershire guide explains the service around the southern M5 corridor.

Ask about your location
Before we fire up

Sort the outside details. Enjoy the inside celebrations.

Confirm that your venue allows an external wood-fired caterer before booking. We can discuss the site with your coordinator and agree a safe outside cooking area, the serving route and the timings.

  1. Barns: agree the outside position

Check outside-caterer permissions and the route between the oven and the reception. An enclosed barn isn’t an assumed cooking space. Tell us about courtyard surfaces, doorway bottlenecks and any venue restrictions.

  2. Marquees: plan ground and access

Agree firm, reasonably level ground for the mobile setup, keeping access clear of guy ropes, cables and other suppliers. If the plan relies on grass, discuss a suitable wet-weather alternative and a sheltered collection route.

  3. Country houses: work with the coordinator

Confirm supplier arrival and departure windows, the approved cooking space and how guests will find the food after dark. Send any catering conditions and the evening service deadline before we agree the serving plan.

Good questions

Pizza catering in the Cotswolds: your questions.

Can you cater for a Cotswolds barn or marquee wedding?

Yes, we consider venues with permission for external catering, safe vehicle access and suitable outdoor cooking and serving space. Send the venue postcode and coordinator’s details so we can check the practical arrangements before confirming.

Do you travel to Burford and the Oxfordshire Cotswolds?

We consider bookings around Burford and across the Cotswolds, travelling from Worcestershire. Availability and travel depend on the full postcode, date, numbers and serving plan. We confirm these in your personalised quote rather than assuming one rate covers the whole region.

Can pizza be the wedding breakfast rather than evening food?

Yes. We can plan pizza as the main meal, with sides and desserts if you want them, or as evening food. Tell us which meal you’re planning and how many guests will eat so the quantities and service window match the occasion.

Can the wood-fired oven go inside our barn or marquee?

Plan for a suitable outside cooking position. We don’t assume an enclosed barn or marquee is suitable for the oven. We’ll agree the position with your venue and discuss how guests can collect food safely and comfortably.

What if the ground is wet or rain is forecast?

Discuss the wet-weather plan with us and your venue in advance. The vehicle and working area need suitable ground, and guests need a practical collection route. If grass becomes unsuitable, an agreed alternative setup position is needed.

Which area should I select in the quote estimator?

Choose the county containing your venue, such as Gloucestershire or Oxfordshire, then send the full postcode with your enquiry. The Cotswolds covers more than one county, and the final quote confirms the journey, menu and serving details for your location.
