The estimator starts with the setup required to bring the kitchen to your venue, then accounts for guest numbers, the role of the meal, menu variety, sides, desserts and travel. The current minimum event charge is £650.
Wedding breakfast and evening food are different
A wedding breakfast is planned as the main meal and needs a more generous package. Evening food is designed for guests who have already eaten earlier in the day. Choose “both” when you want distinct daytime and evening services.

Why smaller events have a minimum
Preparation, travel, setup, staffing and pack-down are still required for a smaller guest list. When the calculated package falls below the minimum, complimentary sides or desserts may be included where they fit, so the event receives better value.
