Do you cover my area?

We travel to weddings and events throughout England and Wales. The places on this page are popular starting points, not the edge of a fixed map. Send us your date, postcode and approximate guest count and we’ll confirm whether we can bring the oven to you.

How is travel included in the price?

Our estimator uses your area to include a travel allowance in the guide price. Once we have the full postcode and timings, your personalised quote will confirm the journey and exactly what’s included.

Can you travel farther for a larger event?

Absolutely. A venue farther from Worcestershire isn’t automatically ruled out. Tell us the date, location, serving time and how many people are coming, and we’ll look at the whole event before confirming availability.

What access does the mobile setup need?

We need a vehicle route to the serving area, firm and reasonably level ground and enough room to prepare and serve safely. If you’re not sure, send us the venue contact and we’ll talk it through with them directly.

Why do you need the full venue postcode?

A county can cover a lot of ground. The full postcode shows us the real journey and helps us ask the right questions about country lanes, gates, loading times or the final approach to the serving area.

Can you cater at a venue you haven’t visited before?

Yes. Send us the postcode and a contact at the venue or site. We’ll confirm the access, oven space and timings with them before the day, so you don’t have to act as the go-between.

Do you cater at homes and workplaces as well as event venues?

Yes. We cater in private gardens, at offices and workplaces, and at dedicated wedding and event venues. What matters is safe access and enough outdoor space for the mobile oven and team.
