For an 80–120 guest wedding, four pizza choices, a clear serving point and a realistic 90-minute guide window provide a strong starting plan. Adjust the menu and quantity according to whether pizza is the main meal or evening food.

Confirm which guests are eating

Separate daytime guests, additional evening guests, children and suppliers. For evening food, estimate how many daytime guests will still be present when service opens. For a wedding breakfast, plan for the full seated group.

Give the caterer one confirmed total by the deadline in the booking terms rather than several competing estimates.

Use a four-choice menu

Four flavours give this group enough variety while supporting a predictable rotation. Include clear meat, vegetarian and vegan choices where required. Five or six can work with a longer window, but extra choice is not necessary for the meal to feel abundant.

Plan the first 20 minutes

The opening wave creates the biggest pressure. Decide whether the coordinator releases tables, whether evening arrivals collect first or whether a shared-slice format can keep the line moving.

The cooking and serving team should be ready before the food announcement. Read our detailed guide to serving 100+ guests.

Add sides for a main meal

For a wedding breakfast, salads and garlic bread give guests an immediate first element and make the menu more complete. Position them so collecting sides does not block pizza handover.

For evening service, sides are optional. Consider the earlier meal and avoid creating waste simply because the guest list is large.

Coordinate the venue

At 80–120 guests, a narrow doorway or long carrying route can matter more than oven speed. Confirm access, setup position, queue space, lighting and a wet-weather route.

Build your estimate

Our current Buckinghamshire evening-food example for 100 guests with four pizza choices is £1,093–£1,208. Other counties and fuller menus change the range.

Use the instant estimator for your event, then send the result with the venue and running order.
